Ahmad, what exactly are those actions management engaged in to "enrich" themselves? I have not followed ADPT as long as you have, it came on my "radar" only recently as a high growth, market leader in its field, "value play".

Ahmad, Q.Who pays if the suit is successful? A. the shareholder

If the result of these Class Action suits was to recover losses from the insiders, who benefited, than I'd be all for it, but that's not what happens. Reality is that either the company or its insurers pays either way this represents a reduction in Shareholder Value. Now I could either get pissed about this or learn to play the game. Personally, I prefer to play the game so I now modify my buy target by what I expect the added effect of the suit to be.
