Let's get something straight here. The first Stockwatch announcement was at 10:36 a.m. It was a news announcement and had the headline:
"Cyberspades gaming software now live on the Net; name change", in other words, both announcements. That's 1:36 p.m. EST.

Secondly, the second announcement at 14:23 p.m. or 5:23 EST is "Company Sponsored". In other words it is advertising paid for by FDCD to give the first announcement a promotional boost.

In other words your claim that the news came out after close is false. There were 2 hours of trading at least during which the news was public.

Just trying to keep the facts together. Thanks to Ed for reminding me that the news releases are PST but that still puts the first release out at 1:23 p.m. during market hours.
