Charlie: If you look a the details of the suit ( of which I have a copy) it seems that they have very strong evidence that they knew, I have mixed feelings about the whole problem. I feel the management committed serious mistakes, on the other hand I am a shareholder and I don't want to see ADPT hurt. If you ask me what would be the best case scenario. 1) The management is found guilty in court. 2) Minimal penalties are imposed. 3) Shareholders are notified of the impropriety committed. 4) New election of board, new management in, old management out.
