Paul Our local newspaper has an announcement of psft being awarded a contract for $800,000. of work. Chester County pa.spend $768,000 to kill bug. The commissioners had scheduled a meeting to determine what software to purchase today but pfst came in with a discount of $42,500 if they purchased (immediately?). Article doesn't say immediately just rescheduled meeting to yesterday after pfst offered last-minute discount. Interesting? Did they come up with the discount to meet make the numbers this month????? see ya John
