I have just checked it once again and I really think that the press release was misleading. They should have said the complete story like they have issued 12.5 million shares to buy Black Hawk rather than cancelling 9.2 million shares without mentioning the increase of shares as well. Honesty is very important to management's credibility.

Kenny, That was also the first thing that jumped out at me. When I saw the news release I thought "wow, they just retired over 1/3 of the total shares of the stock". They said last week that the 2.5 million shares being retired represented 1/10 of the total shares outstanding, hence there should be 25 million shares outstanding. Now it appears that there was more like 45 million shares outstanding. Are they lying in their press releases or did they just issue over 20 million shares of stock that was never mentioned. Something seems fishy to me.

Kenny;

I will not jump you getting use to SI is a learning experience.

From my understanding TNRG did not issue any stock for Nighthawk Entertainment Corp.

Nighthawk Entertainment Corp. by buying an additional 30% of the shares outstanding. This brings the total number of shares owned by Tianrong to approximately 96%.

Your analysis of the News release is fair but I question the accuracy for the mere fact the numbers seem not to match with the TA. Maybe some one screwed up with the calculator by adding 9 Million instead of subtracting 9 million <ggg>

If your opinion's were not based on fact's I would question you but heck the news release is a bit confusing. So I will not question your motives you are just stating things as they appear in black and white. I will contact the Company in the morning I know their has to be an explanation to all this and I am sure it will be positive and will clear the air.

Alan

Well Kenny I have read all you posts and its very interesting to me that you joined SI today and have only posted 14 messages, all to this thread. You brought up many possible angles that are mostly unsubstanciated IMO. In fact CHIF is up 17% today and insider buying is generally a good sign. They have issued news releases that seem to be positive yet you trash that stock also and on this thread. Furthermore your creditials are of no importance to me. They do not carry any weight insofar as they have nothing to do with TNRG. Maybe you consider yourself a savior or something. This the third day this stock has held its ground and typically that is when the stock saviors come out.

Things that make you go hmmmm.

Kenny - I picked that up too, same math. However the shares that might have been issued in the acquisition will be restricted (I would presume) and not available to come on the market, so the overall effect will be a reduction of shares available because of the number of shares closely held. jmo
