The relevant article suggests that, because it's said she gave Clinton a couple of books, Starr wants to know the titles and content. To prove what, God only knows. Once somebody gave me a book about the Bloomsbury group, and others saw it, and first thing I knew EVERYBODY was giving me books about Bloomsbury and frankly they've never interested me very much.

What was the deal with McVeigh? Just taking a look at what he had at home (legitimate) or interrogating booksellers? There's been a good deal of protest over the Lewinsky thing already, and I can recall none where McVeigh was concerned.

Our Ken has also subpeoned the Jones lawyers' records for four other women, one of whose names he didn't even know how to spell properly.

Does this make me nervous? You bet.
