Bruce,

Don't your answers to items 2 and 5 conflict, i.e., if they were selling with Joe's permission, why is feedback from Morrow & Co. needed? Non comprehende.

Dan

Answers 2 & 4 conflict. Think about it. "limited timeframe" vs "sell shares in the open market over a 1 month". Sure doesn't sound rushed to me!! His answer on #3 was sloppy, check out post 4115, Murphy says "no more shares", now you report Murphy does not know??. I maintain AGAIN that Murphy should be left alone at this point! He has better things to do and I attribute these "oxymorons" to his overwork!!! His answers ARE NOT sharp anymore and it creates only more wrong assumptions, speculation...I know king barf will challenge that the "oxymorons" are not due to overwork and hence more days of troubled posts here. LEAVE THE CEO OF DCTC ALONE! The good ole boys should stop daring the bad old boys to call him and the bad old boys should sell their shares if they don't believe this will happen!
I am here because I believe, the return outweighs the risk. I believe our risk DECREASES IF WE STOP ASKING THE CEO TO POST HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will the future M & A's change if Murphy stops posting? NO. Will the future buyer withdraw its bid if Murphy stops posting? NO. Could Murphy accidently post a forward MATERIAL piece of info that invalidates a deal(yeah, I know he is a seasoned vet.....), YES, well at least I can say with absolute certainty he can't post such a note if he doesn't post at all!!!
Remember gang, BIG BANG THEORY. If you are in, you're in, you shouldn't be selling now.

Geeze, maybe I should take up smoking. Doesn't picking up one bad habit rid another???

Hello Bruce,

Thanks for the answers to some of the ?'s. Personally, I was grateful
to CZ and DCTC for filing even though it appears questionable that he had to by SEC regs......THose that think this is another bad omen in
the face of the current price need to evaluate their positions and
act accordingly.....
