Thanks for the information. According to the proxy, Banks still owns 3,750,000 shares or 24.7%. In addition, a company named Cede & Co. owns 4,412,945 shares or 29.15% This represents over 53% of the company being controlled by these two. Does anyone know of what Cede & Co. do and why they own so much Diversinet? If you read further, Nagy Moustafa has been granted 1,700,000 options. If he is good at what he does, he and Mr. Banks will be very wealthy. However, if there is any problem, you can be sure who will be the first to sell.
