Hi Wally...

This Board appointment is very important. It gives Simula TRW's imprimatur of approval.

With Delphi recently signing an agreement, Fred Musone at Breed only off the Board because of the Autoliv lawsuit, and TRW now in place, virtually all of the major tier one suppliers are developing a relationship with Simula.

It appears that Don was right on the money when he said things were about to heat up. I suspect that we will have multiple orders in the time frame that we first envisioned...by mid-year, 1998.

This is very positive news. These connections reduce the importance of Autoliv in a very big way.

Have a good day.

Wally........Thanks !!! This materially mitigates negative content implied by the Musone resignation. This is the first visible good "intuitive" move in some time. A sign of incipient moxy, maybe.
