Who's watching PC/TV????????????????????/ widebandmag.com Who's Watching PC/TV? Nielsen Media Research will offer a new media measurement service to track PC users' TV viewing through the TV/PC devices that will emerge with Microsoft's Windows 98 this spring. The technology, developed by Nielsen and Microsoft, will be used to identify and report audience behaviors as more TV viewing comes through the PC. The new metering system will collect and analyze TV data as well as how viewers bounce between the TV and Web functions of the new PCs.
