ADPT is being sued by every fleabagger in the
country. I hope their strategy of pre-announcing
or not is the right one.

Of course, a case can be made for them on this one.

Why did they wait to announce the layoff ?
What did they know and when did they know it ?

Don't need 15 more lawsuits.
