PsycProf, HDWY is a very similar situation. Take a look at this previous post:

Today HDWY is trading at 8 7/8. The price has been continuing to move up. And they only had an eps of .28 cents for 1997, which is LESS than FAMH's will be after the merger closes. FAMH will have a post merger eps of .36 cents.

So I would have to say that in my opinion, that is where we are likely headed.
