A quick summery CVIA is a clean trading "shell company" (they dont produce anything or make any money) and they are possibly merging with a profitable Private company (WOTD)... the CEO Jack Arnold has been working on this deal since Nov and we hope we are at or near the final stages of this merger. The thread is a very good source of solid info. What I like best about this CVIA thread is the fact that there are no "bashers and naysayers". Everyone is for this merger. Its a win-win-win situation for everyone, and all for under two pennies a share. Here are a couple of summaries that were easy for me to pull up since I posted most of them.
