I do have to agree with jtech kid, that the time to buy companies is when they are out of favor. However why buy a company that has a future no brighter than their past? If you look at AUGI stock for the last ten years the price has been trading flat. Rarely over 5 a share. The businesses they are in are commodity business, until they hit on the idea of Hi tech. That is when their stock price had the most movement, and that on speculation that the high tech portions of the company would make them big winners.

Now it is obvious that the high tech companies are not producing and have blown some big opportunities. The value of these companies has been squandered. While it is hard to value a hightech company on Book value, it is easier to value them on sales, management, and product potential, all of which add up to a big ZERO for AUGI's techs.

So what do you have left? You have the Book value of WPEC and the other commodity holdings that have been shown to be around 2-3 a share. Then when you factor in the fact that the stock has been delisted the trading value is trimmed by another buck or two. so the market has it right buck and a half a share and going nowhere fast!

jtech if your basis is around 1.6777 then if this piece of crap, as Robet says, goes to 3 you had better dump it and wait for it to go back to 1.5 You may double your money but it could be a while. You would be better off owning MSFT and CSCO for the long hall. Funny the market agrees with me here too.
