Men and women have a right to expect civilized, professional behavior when going for business meetings be it in a hotel room or conference room. Sure they do. But what earthly reason did Paula Jones have to think she was attending a "business meeting"?

Wright did not tackle whether Jones' graphic grope tale was true, but ruled that even if it happened, it was so "brief and isolated," it didn't cause Jones any "physical harm" or "distress so severe that no reasonable person could be expected to endure it." -- nypostonline.com So, if a subordinate does not "endure" her bosses groping she is unreasonable.
