James,

The deal with MGRA was reported to be "cash and stock" (post 730) here on SI. The open question is, of course how much cash and how much stock. The reported Outstanding ,after the deal, was posted at the 8.8 million with 2.8 million float. Given that the stock trades roughly 10% of that float (avg per Q) I would not have any misgivings about its correctness. This cash and stock deal does make it hard to value HNLY at this point. I feel that we will have a better take on the value once the financials are out.

Did you trade today?

Ken W

Jim,

I'm a bit confused...

In your 3 part posting of the history of HNLY you cite the down fall of AVTI and how "Michael" Swarzman "rode" the co. into the ground. AVTI seems to be quite alive and, judging from the stock price, well.
AVTI is a semiconductor co. that trades on the otc-bb. Just a point, not wanting to argue.

The information that you posted was, at best, unkind to the co. and yet on Mar. 3 you said that you had taken a long position in the co. and where holding it...Why. with all of the red flags that you have so generously provided would you take a "small long position" in this co. and then to proceed to, on a daily basis, tear it and its management apart. I am confused indeed.
