900 FBI Files ( a mad most of us have in common ). Starr's not going after Livingston. He must have the goods on someone higher ( must be higher, no one's lower ).

Drudge:

Friday's BOSTON GLOBE reports that Craig Livingstone, the former White House director of personnel security, has been cleared of wrongdoing in the FBI Files mess. While Starr has not issued a report about his findings, a lawyer for Livingstone tells the paper that Kenneth Starr's office told him Livingstone is out of danger.

"They told us last May they had no intention of taking any action against Craig," Livingstone's attorney, Randall Turk, said in the interview.
