Nobody seems to want to understand this: THE STATUE OF LIMITATIONS FOR SEXUAL BATTERY HAD RUN OUT BY THE TIME PAULA DECIDED TO FILE CHARGES.

Is this true? I find it difficult to believe that the statute of limitations expired for sexual battery before that of sexual harassment. And I have provided a link to you in a past post that showed Paula's lawyers filed sexual harassment charges BEFORE the statute of limitations expired. I think it more plausible that Paula's lawyers may not have filed a sexual battery charge at all and that by now, the statutes have indeed run out. But, if you have some link (or anything else) that shows the statute of limitations for sexual battery expire quicker than those for harassment I would be interested in seeing it.
