Welll, if I recollect correctly, China will take $8 million cash off the books; the Tempe glass line needs $3 million rehab for LCoS (?). Higher sales means higher inventory and work in progress. Takes cash. I don't think all that can come from cash flow. Since TFS does not like bank debt (a position I support), maybe a convert glimmering in the future.

FYI....I have asked my CFO to retract or supercede my proxy. I'll decide what to do later.

Given Buchanan's age and likely retirement in the near future I am puzzled that he has not been more receptive to efforts that might increase shareholder value (lets see, an extra $10/share x 884,118 shares ..., plus the options etc.,....). I don't understand his strategy.
