George.

I am not touting anything. I just laid out the number as I see it.
The stock is now trading at a PE of 40/41. Its revenue & earning
grew 155% from 96 to 97. The internet is still growing like
weeds. Let's say CHKPF's growth rate slowed by half by some
evil forces. It will still grow 77% 97-98. How is that expensive?
Could you show me some number or logic to backup your claim?
I'd love to see it. What do you expect chkpf's growth to be??

Why does this stock goes from 50-30 in a few weeks? Well,
its volatility invites a lot of short term players like you.
Some of them big players. There is fear of msft, lu etc.
That's why the swings. If there is no fear, what do you
think the price will do??

Government contracts?? HAA. TISX has a government contracting
department. How well did it do against CHKPF? If having government
contracts is so great, why does it has to sell out and gave itself
up for a mere 400m??

On the contrary Checkpoint is selling quite a bit of Firewall
products to the US government. I am a Checkpoint Certified
Firewall Instructor and I have already seen students from
the AirForce and the Army take the course. Furthermore, also
government contractors such Lockheed Martin are buying Checkpoint.

After having a conversation with one of these students, I asked
him why they choose firewall-1, his response was, " it was the
only product that addressed all our requirements."

How can you make a statement that Checkpoint has no chance of getting
gov. contracts. The government also likes the best technology.
Show me proof that the gov. is bypassing checkpoint because they
are a foreign company.
