CatLady, read the proxy just posted by CTXS and you will feel much better about your puts. There are already about 16 million option shares outstanding to management and the proxy gives management unlimited rights to issue 90 million additional shares WITHOUT further shareholder approval. Big time dilution. A blank check just like ZITL did last year and we all know how that turned out.
