Patrick - Do you think that TAVA is simply overbought right now, or do you agree with Wex that there is no such thing as a Y2K problem, that it's all fantasy?

Booth, what do you think is the downside risk ro TAVA for now..
will we see $10.50 (I think you may have quoted this, if not then excuse my assumption)by TA and then any further increasing in price depending upon revenues generated?
I agree that the market cap for this stock is larger given its revenuew but so is every other stock in this market. Regarding the lack of revenues, do we continue to discount potentil revenues too?

If say, TAVA ananounces another contract, then what?

I guess, with regards the NMS thing, it could turn out to be bad. If people think that TAVA is overvalued now, then what happens when Schwab and Fidelity etc., start to margin it? Am I to assume that we see another pop an a slide? or are we just looking at a slide

>>>From my perspective - and I would wager I have done more DD on TAVA that 90% of the people here - I feel that the stock will go down. So it pains me to see people buying when it seems to me that they are more likely to lose the money than gain. Nothing personal, but I felt I should respond and balance the argument.<<<

Patrick:

I seem to remember someone else saying "I feel your pain"... Or was it "I didn't Inhale"...

To be a good short you have to know a lot about a company... That's your job... You also have to know when to strike... And most importantly, you have to attempt to put a negative spin on good news with a lot of question marks...

One thing is sincere debate on both sides of the issue. Another thing is a Wolf in Sheep's clothing raising of doubts to fuel Short profits...

TAVA offers a great long term investing oppty... As the price irrationally moves lower in a mini market correction (LU down 4.00), another great buying oppty is being offered to those that hadn't initiated positions, or those that wanted to add to their positions... Buying good companies in the face of fear is a good investing strategy that the Shorts don't like to see...

Look beyond the Snake oil on the positive or negative side and buy Straw Hats in the winter... Summer is coming...
