Stephen,

Maybe Avalon and whoever else may be shorting CCSI can ask Dreyfus/Mellon Bank for their shares to cover. Let's see, how about $25/share and they can call it even. Wait, Dreyfus/Mellon Bank wants more? Hmm, oh, alright, they can have my measly few thousands for $30/share.

I wonder if Charles Biderman---who appears on CNBC and writes for TheStreet.Com--did any DD prior to putting his name and his firm's reputation on the line. I wonder if he knows how to perform research after his years with Barron's. You guys in Oregon have heard of that weekly business newspaper, haven't you? LOL.

Additionally, I wonder if Dreyfus/Mellon Bank did any serious research before they decided to own 11% of CCSI. Probably just shooting from the hip. They figured it was a good momentum buy and just went with the flow. Now, they're really concerned that Avalon (sounds like a movie) decided to short this stock and put out a sell recommendation.

Let me see, should I listen to Avalon or go with Mellon Bank/Dreyfus and Charles Biderman. Tough call. What ya think?

mike

<< As you know, Mellon Bank's filing with the SEC is really on behalf of Dreyfus who have long had a
substantial interest in CCSI. That they have increased their percentage stake to 11.02% speaks for
itself. >>

Hi Stephen. Do you know what the previous % ownership was for Mellon/Dreyfus?
