Moot I agree with ValuePro. Much ado about nothing. It is quite easy to comment on something without providing factual information to back up your claims.

If you would, please provide examples of ANYONE on the stockhouse thread who has put up a decent argument against a Crystallex court victory and has been chased off.

I am willing to bet that you can't which essentially reduces you last VERBOSE post to just two letters: BS.

Bi‚n dicho, Dudoso .. estoy completamente en acuerdo

Ever notice that there are no sanity clauses in the Terms of Use here or on stockhouse?

I guess that's why they call it FREE FREAKIN SPEECH ....... eh

Speaking of freedom - today is the anniversary of the death of Emiliano Zapata (I was just reminded - thanks, Francoise)
ezln.org - proceso.com.mx
mexica-movement.org

... free speech is the core of all freedoms, imho .......... cheers ..... marcos

The key isue that spooked the shareholders and was resolved by Herrera
in one of his departing statements as chairman of the mining commission is that Acosta was seen by many shareholders, but not a huge number, as an official organ of the government. He seemed to have the ring of authority when he proclaimed that the whole thing was a sham. Many did not know that this focus of the media on him at that time belied that he had been stumping all over North America for the last year saying exactly the same thing while being ignored for it. When he got media attention at he gold show he called himself the president of the mining commission. He is a head of a subcommittee as a sitting member of the congress of Venezuela. Herrera quickly held a press conference and corrected what he knew the misapprehension of the investors must have been. The following week there were elections held and Herrera was replaced as chairman. Acosta took further advantage of this to say that Crystallex had misrepresented the fact of his chairmancy. Well he shot himself in the foot with that one as it was Reuters not Crystallex who quoted Herrera's statements.

When it became apparent that Acosta was simply another representative on a NDP like crusade and a very suspect one at that, the stock price stabilized. He has had his day in the sun. But the disastrous fall in the stock price caused many brokerages to call margin and now the stock is a cash stock at most brokerages. This of course precipitated further necessary selling and a tumble in the stock price and since the buying is no longer possible in many accounts it has trouble getting back up there.

I doubt that anyone with money to buy who is long on Crystallex decried the fall in price as it no doubt enabled them to pick up more. The volume of the drop did not spell actual disaster, as in any particular day it never exceeded 4% of the total float. If there is a disastrous run in a stock almost 20% of the float will change hands.

It seemed suspicious that the former Eurus people who are big KRY shareholders chimed in at the same time with a bit of a shady story about misrepresentation of the Carabobo Concession. Acosta comes from the province where the Carabobo concession is located and from the first time they negotiated the acquisition of that claim he has bitterly opposed in Venezuela "those gringoes taking control of it".

A smelly conspiracy all the way around. It is obvious that the whole thing was a vicious and well orchestrated short attack as Acosta knows he has no hope of enlisting people to his cause in Venezuela, with the present administration in power.

Moot/Carl:
Agreement does not a cult make, imo.

The argument is over the top with regards to SH - the Pro-KRY
has a precondition that dissent will be tolerated if backed by facts
and confirmation. I have yet to see evidence that negative posting
with appropriate evidence (whether it be argument or fact) has been cause for
exclusion.

The KRY forum has retained it's status as a primary
playground for unsubstantiation and outright falsehoods that may
or may not have shaken the investor tree. Those whose credibility
has been squandered by name calling or the promulgation of those falsehoods have been summarily rejected or ignored and their number is few.

I would interject that I have read every post on both forums since their inception.

As for margin calls - no one has ever advocated on either SH forum that KRY be traded with a margin account; in fact quite the contrary. Margin buying in a speculative stock is and remains a matter of personal responsibility for which no internet forum could ever be held accountable.

The 'observation' of the SH forums-as-cults
or having a 'proto-nazi' policy reveals a perception rather than
a reality. The outright promotions and fanatical dogma cum-manipulation can be attributed to a handful of complicit posters who can easily be identified and number about 10 +- with variants. If you feel that they have facistic dominance and control
over the price and perception of KRY through the forums then I respectfully submit that you are representing those 10 or so as gross over achievers. Without analysis, your claim that the SH forums are corrupted by fanaticism diminishes your past arguments on SI and diminishes the intelligence of observant shareholders.

The real prison here is presupposition.

(does your claim that you recently dropped the stock from what you
described as a "...sorry portfolio..." still hold true?)

regards,
am

Hmmmmmmmm..................Cyber-Nazi's??? Sounds like a good name for some on the SH KRY forum!

And how sad many of them are. Still trusting a fraud like Mesa1, a guy who couldn't've been more bullish about KRY. And turns out he was dumping shares while urging everyone else to stay long!

Imagine the bald faced liar Mesa1 is! He even allowed his "girlfriend" to buy at the highs..................while he was selling (an admitted to 17%)! Probably dumped a whole lot more, especially in his private account(s).

And this is a guy they trust!

Only thing to trust is 100% victory from the SCJ. Period!
