Did they ever really fix their flaming MAXTNT's? Seems they denied that widespread problem for the better part of a year.

Then ASND said they fixed a problem which they claimed never existed - nice feat. A real Keystone Cops outfit you have there. Can't ever believe them.

Yes ascend fixed their software problem long before it was allowed to cause a huge
network outage such as the one now being experienced by AT&T.


Just one question for you (this is by no means an attack, just a technical question for un-technical me): Is it possible for a remote access device that isn't functioning properly to take out a whole nationwide network? It doesn't seem like that would be possible, but I don't really know. Secondly, it seems that ASND has had numerous problems with software. Didn't someone recently find a new bug in their product? I sure hear a lot more about ASND's problems than I hear historically about CSCO's.
