Adam... had a closeout order in for my short at 34 two days ago... called my broker and he advised me to keep the short on as a market play against the current valuation level, particularly Japan... so I took it off around 3:00, while amat was at 34 1/4... needless to say, it closed at 33 7/8.... and then shot up 2 1 2 points... but still feel ok with the short particularly with the weekend and the dow and nasdaq at all time highs again, and amat down, would like to catch another point down and then will likely buy in for the earnings couple of points and then kick it out again... buying a house on Lake George, closing delayed 45 days due to a survey issue and I'm now at 50% of the down payment with earnings ytd..., would like to catch 3 points up after 1 more down and would then be nearly there with trading earnings so far this year to cover the 20% down... with a little luck, anyway...

next week is turning out very busy for me, most likely lunch the last week of april, or better yet, the first week of may... how do you look then? after that, I'm most likely out of the box till mid June... let me know...
