We shall have to await Mr. Starr's report to see if Mr. Nolder is a fair prognosticator. I sense trouble may be in the offing for poooor Bubba. Actually, Mr. Starr has been a federal judge and was, before he became IC, a senior partner at a prestigious firm. I believe he may have run the litigation section. I certainly would not mind being in his shoes employment-wise. I assume you would consider legal employment "a real job" or are you among the masses who have decided that nothing connected with lawyers or the judicial system could constitute real or productive work. Another thought is could Ken Starr go get a real job if he had to?

You bet. I'm sure the post at Pepperdine will be held open for another two years at least... Anyway, he HAS a "real" job. Works for a private law firm. He's been criticized for this, but continues to do it.
