Once the complaints get filed at EEOC and HRC they become public information even if her attorney hadn't tipped off the local press. Besides, he'd been with the company almost ten years. Not having a reference from the company puts a suspicious hole in the resume. Being an honest fellow he was sincere about what happened with potential employers. Seriously, even if you believed him as an employer, would you take a chance on hiring him? I wouldn't if I was interviewing him. JLA
