Yeah Skeeter, it's different this time. New paradigm - haven't you heard? Who are we to question the market's judgement? Just look at KTEL - everyone just *knows* that a niche music purveyor shouldn't go from $7 to $49 in mere days just because they got a domain name. But it did. The market knows, man. It's up a lot, so it must be a great company, right? AMZN's the same - we can't even pretend to know its true value. Only the market knows. Get yourself a ticket and jump on the paradigm express.

Bob;-)

>>Skeeter, it's not the earnings that matter but rather the perception of what will happen in the future.<<

that perception is so obviously wrong that only greater fools believe it. it is merely an after the fact justification of greater fooldom. the same was true for iom at $56. asnd at $80. ntsc at $180. gems at $53.

this story is old. potential? to lose more money, yeah. the only guarantee that amzn gives you is that you paid too much. cmpexpress guarantees 5% off the total cost. and you know what? it is an easy 5% to save.

if mcdonalds started selling mail order burgers you'd probably pay 15 times revs. this is a no margin business.
