Excellent, Pariah is probably a more frequently used word in English than the ones I mentioned in my list.It looks like this word originated from par aiyan ,a Tamil world meaning drummer , possibly indicating someone from lower caste and hence the meaning outcast in English.Of course I looked it up.<gg>
