I am out since last trade was looking to trade the stock but have been watching only. I am holding virtually nothing overnight now, except two positions that are way undervalued. Market is getting dicey. Day trade the safest strategy for now.

the volatility of this stock is almost laughable. it is so highly manipulated that I can only believe we will have another buying opportunity. how many analysts can come out each quarter and nay say it before no one is going to listen to them.

I say by the 3rd quarter - CHKPF will turn that tide. if you don't need the money, leave it in CHKPF. Most everyone thinks that it will do 60+ by the end of the year. that's a good return.

long on long

So, I guess CHKPF isn't growing anymore is that it? What a load of crap! It's always something with this stock. I'm glad I held off yesterday...just loaded the boat at 34. Good long term support at 32. Will buy more if we get there. They always find a way to put a negative spin on a great story. I don't understand it except that it's a way of shaking the tree again for what is sure to be a phenomenal long term story. Regards

Hi Roger -

I followed the conference call last night.

My take on the QA session:

1. The company is moving into a more complex phase in terms of closing out deals, more RFPs out there. This takes more time to win a contract, but it is likely to be more lucrative. According to the Gil S., they have not seen NETA in these bids. They were winning almost all but he did acknowledge losing a few to CSCO, but that was to be expected. He also said that they were replacing some old TIS sites.

2. There was a concern regarding DSO going up for the quarter. CFO attributed at least 8 days to slow "Internal Processes" for some new customers in the quarter. His answer was that the process issue would improve this quarter.

3. Floodgate revenues have not kicked in yet. Only a handful sites have implemented it. It is, however, being used as a leverage tool for the hot products: "Firewall-1" and VPN.

4. They own the Telco and ISP managed security/firewall service market. Deb T. emphasized this point by saying that 9/10 leading Telco/ISP used Firewall.

5. I don't recall anybody questioning the expenses being low.

I hope this helps. I believe they are still on-track.
