Anthony......have been involved in VC in the past, in Oil/Gas exploration company. when restrictions were lifted many of us sold some stock. I sold 50% which covered my original nut. the rest of my stock was then, in essence, free. the price of the stock did a similar nose dive, but rebounded nicely. this lockup, Intc. news combined with the fact that many others have been in this stock at the "teens" all contribute to a selloff. there should be a substantial bounce soon followed by renewed selling at a lesser degree. then things will calm down.

It's surprising to see the number of investors on this thread in panic mode. A week ago, many of these bulls had sound reasons for investing in this company, and intelligently conveyed their reasons for taking large positions. Was a $40 - $50 price target overly optimistic? Probably not, based on the overall acceptance of the TDFX product line.

Did product sales suddenly stop? Are there now hundreds of thousands of Voodoo2 cards on retailers' shelves? The answer is no. And perhaps the big boys on Wall Street do know a good thing when they see it (contrary to the opinion of most posters to this thread). Wouldn't they much rather buy a stock destined for $40 - $50 at $25 than $35? Who's going to be the big loser? The small investor who panics. Wall Street's been feeding off these guys for years and will continue to do so.
