ATEC feb6,1998 release indicates wt exercise @ $5 BUT each warrent entitles holder to 1/5th of a common share! Comments?

2 Quick questions regarding ATECW... Normally, I would hold tight and wait for the pick to come back. But considering the DOW plunge and the info that someone posted about the warrants, I feel as though Im in limbo right now. I think that guy who posted the warrant info, from what people emailed me, gave everyone cold feet and everyone went running for cover. Dump it and take the loss or wait it out? Does the info on the warrants prove our demise in ATECW?
