<<BTW; Bork coming out again Microsoft and backing Netscape; terrific news. Bork is the former Supreme Court nominee and he is the foremost expert on anti-trust. He has maintained big is not bad as a position and to have him again Microsoft is notable to say the least.>>

Bork is receiving big bucks from Netscape -- is he going to say good things about Microsoft, or say that the Netscape position is wrong? As an attorney I'm enjoying watching him try to reconcile his support of Netscape with his earlier writings. (I happen to be a Microsoft hater myself, believing that if Bill Gates is really interested in what the consumer wants he will produce a crash-proof operating system and won't screw your system up when Quicken loads Explorer on a Navigator-based system and crashes the system big time.) But that's beside the point. Just sit back and enjoy watching Bork trying to waltz his way through this one.
