<<a crash-proof operating system>>
Much easier said than done, I've worked with many different operating systems for almost thirty years now. I've not seen a "crash-proof" operating system yet. Some crash much less than others, but they all crash at one time or another.

I'm no fan of Bork, the only guy that carried out Nixon's firing of the special prosecutor; now why can't they get Bork to fire Ken Starr? That might redeem him.

As for Microsoft; I agree; they should be spending ALL their resources on one thing; making the best operating system available. Do they; hell no. Windows 95 should be Windows NT made to work well for the home as well as business; that's for one. I have System Commander on my system. If I want DOS; I boot to DOS. Why put 16 bit code in for DOS or Windows 3.1 which can be another option on the boot and screw up the performance of the whole operating system for everything that is ready for 32 bit.

As for ADPT; it is still looking good; held up nicely today. No surprise there.
