Digital River and TSQD will continue to have a "SYMBIOTIC RELATIONSHIP"--does this mean that while Digital River will handle the ELECTRONIC distribution of software via the Internet, TSQD could handle the mail-order software and hardware requests ordered via Digital River Internet web-sites? If so, this could transform the "core operations" of TSQD into an INTERNET related company! I predict that TSQD shares will move higher as it seems more and more likely that DIGITAL RIVER will file to go public. The actual filing of DR might cause a HUGE UPSIDE move in TSQD, because DR is likely to be available to mainly institutional investors, and only available to most investors once it starts trading in the after-market at what is likely to be an enormous market-cap. Therefore, IMO, the way to participate in DIGITAL RIVER, is to buy TSQD at current prices.
