My wife told me I got a "vote yes" message from the C-Dog. Last shareholders' meeting the closely held shares voted as a huge bloc, so I hardly see the point. Surely the company has more important things to burn up switchboard time to the shareholders with than to say "what have you done for us lately?".

I was contacted for the stated reason of making certain that enough votes are cast to make certain the total vote is valid (i.e. a minimum percentage response) per the by-laws, etc. No one suggested that I should vote one way or another. BTW, in response to my querry, the caller stated that he was an employee of a fulfillment house, not a CUBE employee. Sounds legit and reasonable to me.
