I have been writing tomes on the Cube thread about my concerns with the DOJ and MSFT, specifically that I am starting to really think that the DOJ will fill Sherman Anti Trust against MSFT, similar to ATT. Since this would be a battle for the survival of MSFT as an entity, not just a browser provider, the stakes are enormous. In addition, I have the theory based upon history that MSFT will lose.

Since Windows 98 is scheduled for release on May 15, I have to think that this will begin with an injunction prior to this date. So the question is, if this occurs will it have a large impact on MEMC?

Comments welcome from all.

I note that WFR opened up sharply on Monday then slid only slightly as the day went on. The volume was only slightly higher than normal. I can't find any news, and no one on the thread seems to have noticed the stock move. Is it time to get back in this stock yet? I am thinking of taking a position again....
