The part that interested me was: He is currently chairman and chief executive officer of InPath, LLC, located in Chicago, an in-vivo diagnostic company he founded earlier this year. If the former CEO is forming a new in-vivo diagnostic company at the same time he is quitting the company he is CEO of, shouldn't the shareholders be told? Is InPath, LLC using any of AccuMed's technology? I would think shareholders would want to know a lot more about InPath, LLC! I can also now understand why there was no comment on why he was leaving AccuMed. Cisco
