Marshall, I don't have any questions I need to direct to NASD. I was just pointing out that your statements re: delisting and requirements were incorrect to the best of my knowledge and I provided the links that explain the requirements. The tables in the links I provided show the requirements and, yes, in a number of situations now they are the same. You may think that that does not make a lot of sense to have a some of the same or similar requirements for National Market and for Small Cap listing but that does not make it untrue. The rationale for the requirements and for the overlap are explained at the links. Jerry
