Gary-Is there any downside to buying the MIDLP that you can foresee? Also, I am buying my long-term holds within a rollover (traditional, not Roth) IRA. What would be the mechanism for exchanging the MIDLP for MIDL come October, 1998 (which I believe is the exercise date)? Is this conversion automatic, or can you be penalized for not doing a timely execution, as in the warrants? I appreciate any information that you or other posters can provide.-Egolpi

I have been looking at MIDL because of your recommendation and have several questions.

1. Do they have patents on DF144?
2. I saw no mention of financing for their proposed plant
is financing in the works?
3. They do not seem to have much cash and several outstanding obligations, do you know the extent of
the obligations?

Thanks for any help.
