Hi there and thanks Hawke- eye and Arcane for your efforts. I talked
to Andrew Scott today senior ANalyst of Meyerson. Only got this news about sec. recently . He said he'checked out everything locally he could. Kbf and brookvale and everything appeared to be in order. HE was not in a position to fly to scotland and China to check up on that end. He mentioned there was a contract (or pending-) contract with Beech- Glasgow(10 mill) about 1 year ago on which apparently no money has been seen yet, and right now they are just waiting to hear from the sec and had no information until they heard from the sec.
Slup has a disclaimer stating that there may be delays in dealings with foreign entities and governments etc. which I hope covers Slup. I have not had time to read that contract yet or research further what
has been happening. I can also not quote word for word completely accurately conversations Ive had so please call all those people directly maybe in a couple of days when they know more themselves Theres not much we can do in the meantime anyway so hang in there and try not too worry too much Hawke eye.Im sure it will be alright in the end.

Do appreciate your knowledge of this subject and would appreciate from you or any one else on this board to what is the track record for the SEC failure or success rate on similar halts. I represent 2 other shareholders and we are very heavily invested.

Could you clarify your question as to which aspects of SEC success/failure are of interest?
