Low volume doesn't necessarily mean a bottom is forming....the State Attorneys will probably not file until Friday at the earliest....these two factors could cause the stock to drop off until after the announcement i.e no buying from brave souls like you. Then and only then would a rebound take affect and only if their case is without merit. You have one ace in your favor, Clintons political people don't want this hurting the economy as thats all he has going for him...they could pull some muscle with justice but this could turn on them if it were leaked they were trying to aid MS. Also the mkt. looks rather tired and probably needs a little rest. Regardless a most exciting week or two ahead of us. I shorted at 89 1/8....short term. Have always appreciated your thoughtful comments.

Maverick,

I think that you are right on the money to jump in at this level. A 40-50% upside move in the next several months is very possible.

However, for those who shorted at these levels, they also have a pretty good chance of making several bucks in the down turn. The funny thing is, that the shorts probably will make less than 5-6% from current level while those who longs at current level are probably sure to make some serious money in several months.
