Something tells me that CB is the kind of person that would say something like that only when he has those numbers already made - its pretty much in the bag. Michael and the other boys have already made their commitments - godfather like as they kiss up to the new ceo.

Don't you think that's a no brainer?
The real issue is what Intel will do in the second half, and in 1999. Consider that the consensus estimate for 1998 is $3.16, the worst year in some time. Worse, the consensus for 1999 is $3.88, with the highest estimate at $4.40.
We need to see some real upgrades in earnings forecasts to raise the stock.
