Lucretius, I think you have the answer to why Dell's volume has decreased recently. In an earlier post you congratulated my intelligence when I pointed out that playing the split game is a the greater fool in action. I would similarly point out that day trading stocks like KTEL is similar -- Venkie likened it to playing craps. But to play this game the capital has to come from somewhere. I submit that the reason that DELL's volume has decreased is due to the fact that there is much greater speculative interest in other areas, and in the past DELL was the subject of considerable speculation. Thus, the decrease in volume indicates nothing, because the stock turnover of those of us who are long-term investors has not changed.

This is another example of what I believe to be the fallacy of over-reaching. While the observation of declining volume is true, your conclusion does not follow.

TTFN,
CTC

>>>>I've seen many a
wealthy man get poor quick because of greed<<<<<<<<I'm surprised you know so many losers. Is it contagious?

I'm surprised you are still here with all the losers. I thought you were leaving. We were planning a goodbye party! In fact I had reserved a telephone booth to be sure there was enough room for all the attendees.

One day does not make a trend LT.

I think that 100 for 30 minuits will be more like 30 seconds if it gets there.

One thing I have noticed, Many of the strongest stock are breaking their up trends as of late.
This may be one of those warning signs the bulls keep talking about.

Are they seeing this petentialy potent mesage ?
I doubt it, It is only a buying oppertunity for all.

Jim
