DLJ upgraded ADCT to a Buy rating. For those who don't know ADCT, their the $4 bil partner of PLFM. Keep a close watch on BLS as well, part of the Telesp group in Brazil, client of PLFM / ADCT.

Bruce - I was not a believer in the power of the internet at first, but I am now. Through Silicon Investor we can rely on each other and the great part is that unlike "Merrill" we aren't selling anything. We also get a feeling who is hyping a stock and who are the bulls and bears of each stock.
