Pancho, - The liquidity going into the markets is enormous, and a buy-the-dips attitude prevails most everywhere. It will be interesting to see what occurs when a future market "dip" turns out to be more serious than a 5-10% correction. It's odd that many newer investors are familiar with the various esoteric financial terms, but are not familiar with a basic one, - bear market. I'm afraid their education could prove to be an expensive one.

Pancho, AMG Data Services says $2.4bn went into equity funds in the week ended Wed. Back from negative territory, but it and taxable bond funds were both down a billion from the same week last year and equity inflows this week are only half the four week moving average. Wonder how this week is shaping up with the weakness of the last couple days.

A lot is riding on tomorrow's employment report. The S&P is sitting right on the 50 day MA and I think the next support is a good way down. Here's hoping for even tighter labor markets and higher wages.

Regards,
Bob
