As I know the $300,000 investment is before the $3 MM, Which seems to be from an individual that knows the company inside and out.

Zeev,

When I mentioned the 1MM customers, I stated that from memory and that it could be "askew". Am still searching but this may be where that figure came from. RUSS is Russ Girsting on the PLFM board of directors. This is an excerpt from post #644.

RUSS: By July all TesGelespie telecom plants/services will be cut
off except for 2 creating a new market for competition. This must
be their local carriers.. PLFM would deliver communications into
dead zones + that local gov't would take only 10% of gross. They
mentioned having over 1milliion internet subscribers that could
be our customers.

I will post additional info as I uncover.

Be careful out there.

>>Bruce, the 300k concerns me too. It is possible that the 2.1 is an old number and by now has been spent. Someone mentioned 1,000,000 customers lined up and<<

Zeev,

As the conversation went, I was asking Todd financial #'s and asked him how much cash was on hand. He told me "Between $2.1-$2.8 MM".
At the time, I did not remember the $300K. As for the cost per subscriber, Todd says those costs are to be borne by ACTD as their cost. I too doubt the 1,000,000 customers from San Paulo, but I don't think 250K is unreasonable. That figure was what Todd quoted me.
