Sam,

Let's say you got the stockholders together to sue...It costs money, unless the lawyer you refer to will do it on a contingincy (no clue how to spell). This will be a long and drawn out process and what will we gain (our initial investment back plus triple damages?)

Please post more information regarding this because I'm sure SOME of us are very interested. I'm only interested if airhead tech actually (knowingly or not) mislead me.

BTW, what company did you bring to it's knees...Or are you under a "gag" order...which as your lawyer would tell you...be very careful what you say about this past experience.

jeff.

***Response from Joe Lanza***

With apologies and all due respect to Wes, I feel I have to answer this
twerp myself.

Sam the Mouth:

So you launched a class action and brought management to its knees. Gosh,
that's impressive. Maybe you would be kind enough to tell us the name of
this company?

Better keep in mind that if you're going to bring charges you better
have the correct facts or the company's mgmt will take everything from you
and your lawyers. To interfere with an ongoing company on BS charges
can come right back at you. No wonder you don't want to be a lead person.

Let's look at what is bad:

1. The stock price is being held down by one fund selling, not because
company insiders are selling.

2. Late in filing. Gee, that sounds really evil.

3. Haven't yet got a web site up.

Well, mouth, any other causes of action? I know! Start a class action on the grounds
that current management saved the company for the shareholders. The company
has grown from 3 million in assets to 30 million. Sue! It's worth too much!
Margins have increased from 16% to 31%. Sue! They might make a profit!
Sales have gone from 336,000 to 7 million. Sue! Sue! This company might work!
