The total number of shares issued to date is<< Yongzhi, What exactly did Todd say about the 12MM shares? I now read on the string that the $300K was the down payment on the $3MM. That would make sense why there are only 22MM shares in the float. It would not explain how an investor can now buy shares @ $.25 when the rest of us have to buy at the market. Bruce
